WARNING: Clearing erases information onthe IPM.You will lose all created keys and access to date encrypted by these keys.

Pless YES to clear the IPM

press NO to reject this change request and continue

大致意思为：

一个形态的变化要求明确此计算机的IPM（可信平台模块）警告：清除清除信息对IPM，你将失去所有的密钥生成和访问这些密钥加密的数据。

可以判断当前所使用的电脑中自带了防止修改系统的加密芯片导致的，我们只需选择 YES 按下回车键下次就不会弹出啦！
